This course is recommended for professionals and parents seeking knowledge and understanding of the effects cognitive skills – visual and auditory processing, working and long-term memory, and attention skills, among others – have on learning and emotional development.  Graduates of the course will receive knowledge and understanding as well as practical strategies to apply in the home or classroom.  The course is fun and interactive and includes information about new brain research and how it effects individuals abilities to learn and function.  The course also provides methods and tools in detecting weak cognitive skills and tools to strengthen these skills.
